Account Registration

To access the Varian Medical Systems Certificate Manager, please register for a user account using a personal email address and phone number for ease of future access. Always use this email address when attending a Varian sponsored event to maintain one account and for storage of all certificates within the same account. Fill in your registration as completely and accurately as possible; your account will be active immediately after you register.

Association Information

Please enter at least one of the following IDs - ARRT, MDCB and/or CAMRT number so it will be included on your certificates as recommended by the appropriate association. This will also ensure verification of your account by Varian for future reference and when using the ‘forgot your login?’ button.

The certificates that Varian offers on this website are for therapists and dosimetrists only. If you would like a general attendance certificate, please notify the appropriate trainer.
